Note to readers: Information in Police Blotter is obtained from Romeoville police departments and the Will County Sheriff’s Office. Individuals listed in Police Blotter charged with a crime have not been proven guilty in court. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

NOVEMBER 10

Jarrod Raap, 20, of Plainfield, was arrested at 3:51 a.m. in the 300 block of North Independence for DUI.

NOVEMBER 23

Ricardo Aquayo, 35, of Crest Hill, was arrested at 3:25 p.m. in the area of Weber and Renwick roads for street racing, aggravated speeding, no front registration plate, tinted registration cover and illegally tinted windshield.

At 3:25 p.m., a 17-year-old juvenile was arrested in the area of Weber and Renwick roads street racing, speeding, no front registration plate, use of unsafe tire, tinted registration cover and illegally tinted windshield.

NOVEMBER 24

Jose Patatuchi-Peralta, 52, of Bolingbrook, was arrested at 2:53 a.m. in the area of Route 53 and Normantown Road for DUI, speeding and improper lane usage.

NOVEMBER 26

Daniel Burton, 32, of Joliet, was arrested at 2:36 a.m. in the area of Weber and Taylor roads for DUI, speeding and improper lane usage.

A criminal damage to property was reported at 5:54 p.m. in the 1200 block of LeMoyne. Unknown person(s) broke a basement window of the residence.

NOVEMBER 27

Martinez, 34, of Chicago, was arrested at 9:43 a.m. in the 300 block of McKool for an in-state warrant.

NOVEMBER 28

A theft over $500 was reported at 4:19 p.m. in the 1200 block of Lakeview. A guest reported a laptop and briefcase were taken by unknown person(s) from his room.

NOVEMBER 29

A retail theft was reported at 8:04 p.m. in the 400 block of South Independence. An unknown person took $21.60 of gasoline from the business.

NOVEMBER 30

A burglary from motor vehicle was reported at 2:47 a.m. in the 400 block of Laurel. Unknown person(s) damaged a side window and took a radar detector and owner’s manual from the vehicle.

Arielle Kukulski, 23, of Romeoville, was arrested at 8:12 a.m. in the 300 block of Zinnia for an in-state warrant.

Alicia Gutierrez, 48, of Romeoville, was arrested at 9:26 a.m. in the 400 block of South Weber for retail theft.

Xanden Branch, 25, of Romeoville, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. in the 400 block of South Weber for retail theft.

Jesus Corral, 24, of Romeoville, was arrested at 6:08 p.m. in the area of Macon and Avalon for an in-state warrant.

Gustavo Salazar, 20, of Bolingbrook, was arrested at 6:08 p.m. in the area of Macon and Avalon for possession of another’s debit card.

Aaliyah Pruitt, 20, of Bolingbrook, was arrested at 11:16 p.m. in the area of Normantown and Dalhart for an in-state warrant.

Roberto Villagomez, 33, of   Joliet, was arrested at 6:39 a.m. in the area of Normantown and Montrose for driving with a suspended license, no insurance and speeding.

DECEMBER 1

A retail theft was reported at 11:37 a.m. in the 400 block of South Weber Road. An unknown person took $70.77 in assorted merchandise from the store.

Devontae Applewhite, 24, of Joliet, was arrested at 11:39 a.m. in the area of Normantown and Sedgemeadow for no valid driver’s license and speeding.

Brian Ortiz, 19, of Romeoville, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. in the area of Weber and Normantown roads for an in-state warrant.

DECEMBER 2

Joel Torres, 33, of Plainfield, was arrested at 1:03 a.m. in the area of Weber and Romeo for aggravated speeding and violation of classification.

Fred Mohr, 21, Orland Park, was arrested at 3:15 a.m. in the area of Route 53 and Murphy for DUI, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and no insurance.

A criminal damage to property was reported at 8:09 a.m. in the 1600 block of Rose Ct. Unknown person(s) smashed a light Christmas tree in the street in front of the residence.

A burglary from motor vehicle was reported at 2:13 p.m. in the 1400 block of Joliet Road. Unknown person(s) took a tool box containing numerous hand tools from a parked unlocked vehicle.

Saul Calderon-Jimenez, 31, of Romeoville, was arrested at 6:24 p.m. in the 700 block of Echo for no valid driver’s license, no valid registration and no insurance.

DECEMBER 3

A burglary from motor vehicle was reported at 8:06 p.m. in the 1500 block of West Normantown Road. Unknown person(s) broke a passenger window and took a purse from the parked vehicle.

Rosalio Quinones, 54, of , 16 Hickory St., Joliet, was arrested at 1:57 a.m. in the area of Route 53 and Belmont for driving with a revoked license, improper lane usage and no rear registration light.

DECEMBER 4

Bryant Perez, 27, of Chicago, was arrested at 8:24 a.m. in the area of Wesglen and Arborwood for no valid driver’s license, no insurance, speeding and obstructing identification.

DECEMBER 5

Heriberto Banda-Garcia, 25, of Aurora, was arrested at 2:46 a.m. in the area of Route 53 and Enterprise for speeding, no insurance and no valid driver’s license.

DECEMBER 6

Mahmoud Abufarha, 73, of Plainfield, was arrested at 8:34 p.m. in the 1900 block of Brimstone for violation of order of protection.
