Note to readers: Information in Police Blotter is obtained from the Romeoville Police Department and the Will County Sheriff’s Office. Individuals listed in Police Blotter charged with a crime have not been proven guilty in court. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

OCTOBER 26

Richard Ortiz, 22, of Romeoville, was arrested at 10:41 p.m. in the area of Murphy and Belmont for DUI, disobeying a stop sign and no insurance.

NOVEMBER 16

A criminal damage to property was reported at 6:36 a.m. in the 0-100 block of Arlington. Suspect(s) damaged a side mirror on a vehicle that was parked in the street.

Bernabe Padilla, 49, of Romeoville, was arrested at 5:03 p.m. in the area of Weber and Taylor for no valid driver’s license and improper display of registration.

NOVEMBER 17

Timothy Jemison, 38, of Romeoville, was arrested at 9:31 p.m. in the 100 block of Mountain Laurel Court for aggravated DUI, DUI, driving with a revoked license, no insurance and illegal transportation of alcohol.

A retail theft was reported at 5:19 p.m. in the 200 block of South Weber Road. An unknown person took a coat valued at $200.01 from the business.

NOVEMBER 18

Danny Alexander, 30, of Crest Hill, was arrested at 3:41 a.m. in the 700 block of Geneva for criminal damage to property.

Derrick Loader, 32, of Romeoville, was arrested at 3:41 a.m. in the 700 block of Geneva for aggravated battery.

NOVEMBER 19

Sir Davenport, 33, of Romeoville, was arrested at 12:49 a.m. in the 700 block of South Weber Road for criminal damage to property and an in-state warrant.

NOVEMBER 20

Stephyn Alexander, 27, of Naperville, was arrested at 8:50 p.m. in the area of Normantown and Geneva for no valid driver’s license and no rear registration plate light.

Mario Mora, 29, of Romeoville, was arrested at 9:31 p.m. in the 600 block of Jordan for criminal damage to property.

NOVEMBER 22

Stephen Mohica, 51, of Lockport, was arrested at 9:51 a.m. in the area of Weber and Lakeview for driving with a suspended license.

Daniel Gonzalez, 18, of Romeoville, was arrested at 11:33 p.m. in the area of Honeytree and Abbeywood for possession of cannabis, manufacture/delivery of cannabis, possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

NOVEMBER 23

A criminal damage to property was reported at 10:08 a.m. in the 1800 block Lake Shore Drive. Suspect(s) damaged the mailbox and egged a parked vehicle at the residence.

On at 7:30 p.m., a 16-year- old juvenile was arrested for retail theft in the 300 block of South Weber Road.

NOVEMBER 24

John Wilson, 20, of Plainfield, was arrested at 5:13 a.m. in the area of Normantown and Center for no valid driver’s license, no insurance and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

A retail theft was reported at 3:46 p.m. in the 200 block of South Weber Road. Two Suspect(s) took a speaker valued at $199.99 from the business.

Bryan Fischbeck, 50, of Romeoville, was arrested at 6:42 p.m. in the 300 block of Karen for DUI and illegal transportation of alcohol.

NOVEMBER 25

A retail theft was reported at 4:41 a.m. in the 200 block of West Romeo Road. An unknown person took four packages of cigarettes from the business.

On at 9:30 a.m., a 17-year-old juvenile was arrested in the area of Route 53 and Montrose for no valid driver’s license, no insurance and no front license plate.

Dajuan Nason, 37, of Madison was arrested at 2:20 p.m. in the 0-100 block of South Weber for improper lane usage and no valid driver’s license.

Maria Velazquez, 29, of Belvidere, was arrested at 11:21 p.m. in the area of Route 53 and Renwick for an in-state warrant, obstructing justice, no valid driver’s license, speeding, no insurance, improper lane usage and fail to notify Secretary of State of address change.

Christopher Farley, 25, of Bolingbrook, was arrested at 11:21 p.m. in the area of Route 53 and Renwick for unlawful use of weapon.

NOVEMBER 26

Charles Bates, 22, of Aurora, was arrested at 6:36 a.m. in the area of Weber and Windham for driving with a suspended license, no insurance and suspended registration.

Marlon Polite, 27, of Naperville, was arrested at 3:55 p.m. in the area of Route 53 and Murphy for aggravated speeding.

A criminal damage to property was reported at 8:51 p.m. in the 500 block of Belmont Drive. Suspect(s) using a BB gun damaged three windows of a vehicle that was parked in the street.

NOVEMBER 27

A criminal damage to property was reported at 6:40 p.m. in the 0-100 block of Honeybear. Suspect(s) cut three strings of Christmas lights at the residence.

NOVEMBER 28

Angela Payne, 34, of Bolingbrook, was arrested at 4:06 p.m. in the 600 block of Lakewood Farms Drive, Bolingbrook for two in-state warrants.

NOVEMBER 29

A burglary from motor vehicle was reported at 1:39 p.m. in the 700 block of Theodore. A wallet was taken from a vehicle that was left unlocked in the parking lot.

Eric Webb, 41, of Morris, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. in the 300 block of South Weber Road for retail theft and an in-state warrant.
