Elliott Fizer, 44, of Joliet, was cited near Wisconsin and Clark for improper turn and driving while license revoked.
Eladio Cardenas, 22, of Joliet, was arrested near Channahon and Terminal Court for driving wrong way, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, improper lane usage and DUI.

Darrin A. Burks, 28, of Joliet, was cited near Dellmar and Winthrop for driving without headlights, suspended registration and driving while license revoked.
Suspect(s) entered an unlocked vehicle on the 800 block of Rosary Lane and stole a laptop. The car owner had only left his vehicle for 10 minutes when the theft occurred.

Whitney Houston, 30, of Chicago, was cited near I80 and S. Briggs for no registration lights, no headlights, and driving while license suspended.
Jorje Lasoro, 32, of Lockport, was cited near Henderson and E. Jackson for no registration lights, no brake lights and driver’s license never issued.
Princeton J. Jones, 27, of Joliet, was arrested on the 400 block of Ray May Drive
for aggravated assault.
Andrew Sparks, 41, of Joliet, was cited near S. Briggs and E. Washington for improper turn and driving while license suspended.
Mario Castro, 32, of Joliet, was cited near Woodruff and Draper for driving while license revoked, no registration light and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Tremayne Howell, 21, of Joliet was cited near Maple and Ridgewood for disobeying a traffic control device and driving while license suspended.

Santos F. Herrera, 61, of Joliet, was cited near E. Cass and N. Briggs for improper lane usage, obstructed windows and driving while license revoked.
Darrin Scott Wicks, 26, of Joliet, was arrested near E. Cass and N. Briggs for DUI and improper lane usage.
Juan M. Reyes-Flores, 33, of Joliet, was arrested near Collins and Woodruff for improper lane usage, speeding, failure to yield, driver’s license never issued, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, unsafe backing on roadway, and DUI.
Daniel C. Morris, 34, of Kankakee, was cited near Walnut and E. Cass for improper lane usage, obstructed driver’s view, no front plate, driving while license revoked and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Jose Jesus Gonzalez, 39, of Rockdale, was arrested near S. Chicago and E. Laraway for aggravated DUI, driver’s license never issued, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper lane usage, DUI, endangering the life of a child and three counts of no child safety belts.
