Parrish L. Livingston, 24, 1400 block of Chicago Avenue, Evanston, was arrested at 1 p.m. Aug. 18 in the 7000 block of Touhy for suspended license.
Brian E. Walker, 49, 2000 block of West Touhy, Chicago, was arrested at 9:41 a.m. Aug. 22 at Golf Mill Shopping Center for retail theft.
Roman Surowka, 52, 9200 block of Emerson, Des Plaines, was arrested Aug. 18 at Golf Mill Shopping Center for retail theft.
Anthony R. Marin, 27, 7000 block of Kedzie, Chicago, was arrested at 12:23 a.m. Aug. 18 at Dempster and Oketo for suspended license.
Gerado M. Carrillo, 65, 300 block of 23rd Avenue, Bellwood, was arrested at 6:02 p.m. Aug. 17 at Caldwell and Howard for no valid license.
Park Ridge
Nicholas O. Litman, 23, 1685 Estes Ave., Des Plaines, was arrested at 11:58 p.m. Aug. 22 at Devon and Des Plaines River Road for speeding, suspended/revoked driver’s license, operation of uninsured motor vehicle and operation of motor vehicle with suspended registration.
David W. Bailey, 41, 2010 Irwin Ave., Park Ridge, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. Aug. 24 at the residence for domestic battery.
Nicholas R. Phillips, 25, 626 Bellwood Ave. Apt. 2W, Bellwood, was arrested at Western and Dempster for suspended/revoked driver’s license and improper lighting.
Zoya Khan, 20, 8522 McCormick Blvd., Skokie, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. Aug. 26 in the 500 block of Glendale for leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failure to report accident.
Javier Fragoso, 24, 4819 N. St. Louis Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 5:25 p.m. Aug. 27 at Devon and Greenwood avenues for speeding, no driver’s license on person, improper display of license plate or sticker, and possession of cannabis.
Avegael Paula Pacione, 29, 7245 Foster Ave., Morton Grove, was arrested at 4:17 p.m. Aug. 28 at Greenwood and Oakton for expired registration and operation of motor vehicle with suspended registration.

Matthew D. Hively, 27, of Morton Grove, was arrested Aug. 17 in the 6100 block of Capulina for failure to turn in FOID.
Dontreal M. Reid, 18, 8300 block of Keating, Skokie, was arrested Aug. 22 at Waukegan and Golf for hit and run and no valid driver’s license.
Jesus S. Luciano, 22, 4500 block of Wrightwood, Chicago, was arrested Aug. 24 in the 6100 block of Capulina for a warrant.
Mark F. Morin, 48, 10600 block of Dawn to Milkyway, Prescott Valley, Arizona, was arrested Aug. 29 at Dempster and Birch for DUI.
